PATRICK HARRIS
Patrick is a marketing and sales professional with Core Title Group in Reno, NV. In his ten years in the industry, he's earned Best Overall Marketing Campaign award from the local Builders Association for his work on the Western Title-Stewart Title rebrand. He also serves as co-chair for the ALTA Marketing Workgroup.
In his spare time, Patrick writes novels and gets sunburnt frequently at Lake Tahoe with his wife Melissa, children Keely and Theodore, and puppies Penny and Dixie.

TERI ST. PIERRE
Teri St. Pierre, currently the Title Operations Manager for the Southern Nevada division of Stewart Title Company, has cultivated a career spanning over 25 years in the title industry. With a professional journey deeply rooted in Nevada, where she resided for three decades, Teri has established herself as a person of expertise and reliability in her field. Recently, Teri embarked on a new chapter, relocating to Southern California, where she loves the relaxed lifestyle and spending time at the beach and with family. Despite the move, Nevada remains a cherished second home, a testament to the significant impact it has had on her personal and professional growth.

DENNY BURG
Denny began his title insurance career in 1993. His first exposure to the industry was as a doc puller. Over the last 30 years, Denny has worked in every aspect of the title and production side of the business. Denny quickly found that his true passion was in the art of the deal. His experience and knowledge has propelled him to his current role as an Underwriter for the Western Title Division at Old Republic Title Company.
In his free time, Denny enjoys playing softball on Friday nights, cheering for all his Philly sports teams and spending quality time with his wife Elysia, sons Jacob and Jeffrey, daughters Mackenzy and Makayla and our fur babies, Madison, Bruno and Piper.
